Skinwalker Ranch INSIDER is an exclusive membership program. Get a behind-the-scenes look as the team presents groundbreaking research drawing from experiments with numerous 3rd-party experts, 40+ surveillance cameras, FLIR systems, LiDAR, infrasonic sensors, advanced photogrammetry, spectrum analyzers, resistivity studies, instrumented balloon & rocket experiments, on-site weather station, GPS, avionics receivers and proprietary scientific platforms.

What is my member #?
Your member number can be found by logging into the Insider Website. The member number is located in the My Insider Account in the upper right. It may also be on your Membership Card.
How can I make changes to my account? (email address, password, mailing address & credit card)
You may change your personal information by logging into the Insider website and selecting “My Insider Account” in the top right.

How do I cancel my account?
There are several ways to cancel your account.
On the website: Log into the Insider website and select your name in the upper right. This will open your profile page and you may select the cancel option. Also, on the skinwalker-ranch.com homepage you may go to the bottom and select “Contact Us” and select the option to cancel your Insider account.

Can I receive a refund?
If you have paid for an annual membership, you can receive a refund for the unused balance of your paid membership at the time that you contact us to cancel. If you are on a monthly membership, you may cancel your billing beginning with the next month.
Can I purchase a gift for someone else?
You may purchase an Skinwalker Ranch Insider gift membership to send to another person. Visit our gift page and enter your email address (you do not need to be an existing Insider member). Provide your billing information, and then you will receive an email with a redemption code that you can share with your friend. Once your friend logs in and activates their membership, we will ship the membership kits and any premiums (if offered) to their home address.
Do members receive a discount in the Skinwalker Ranch store?
Yes! Once a Skinwalker Ranch Insider, you will qualify for a 20% discount on all merchandise in the store located within the website. If you have any issues, please contact membersupport@skinwalker-ranch.com.

What are the size options for the Skinwalker Ranch Insider t-shirt?
We offer sizes of Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large, XX-Large, XXX-large and XXXX-large. Our t-shirts are made of high-quality materials and fit both women and men.
What can I do if my t-shirt arrives and the size does not fit?
If you have received a shirt that doesn’t fit and you’d like to exchange it, please email Customer Service at membersupport@skinwalker-ranch.com and we’ll replace it.

What if I do not receive my Membership Kit or my Membership Kit is damaged?
If you don’t receive a Membership Kit or if your Membership kit is damaged, please contact the Member Service Center at membersupport@skinwalker-ranch.com and we will send you a new one. Please be sure to include your Membership number for easy reference.

Q. I am having trouble logging in.

Q. Why can’t I see live video on the webcams?
Webcams are turned on 24/7, however electronics at Skinwalker Ranch are known to challenge us! Please feel free to email membersupport@skinwalker-ranch.com and inform us that the camera is off-line.

Q. Why was my question not answered in the live Question & Answer session?
We make every attempt to answer all questions from our members. Please make sure your question is appropriate for the topic being discussed and based on the volume of questions submitted we may not be able to answer every single question.
Q. How do you choose Insider members to go to events?
Members can enter for a chance to attend our events. We use a process that randomly selects winners for our list of entrants. The members are notified of their opportunity to attend and if we have members that cannot make the event, we go deeper in member selection for that event.
Q. Will I see the Skinwalker Ranch team members at the events?
While most, if not all, of our events are attended by many Skinwalker Ranch team members, due to scheduling, we cannot guarantee who can attend any particular event.
